Monthly Donation Procedures

All monthly donations made by Genesis Fundraising are done randomly, thereby creating an equal opportunity for each qualified organization within a designated Donation Zone. We have structured our procedures to create fairness and objectivity for all organizations involved each calendar month.

1. Genesis Fundraising donates a specific amount of money per unit sold into the Donation Pool within the zone in which the item was sold.
2. Each designated zone represents its own donation pool based upon the specific monthly sales within that zone.
3. Organizations that successfully complete the sale of a minimum of one hundred (100) units of fundraising products within a calendar month are placed into the potential donation pool within their designated zone.
4. All qualifying organizations within each zone are verified by a third party prior to random selection process.
5. Genesis Fundraising will identify a third party individual not associated with Genesis Fundraising to randomly select those qualified organizations within each zone who will receive a donation for that calendar month.
6. Genesis Fundraising will make a minimum of ten (10) random donations up to a maximum of $25,000.00 per donation within each designated Donation Zone based upon the number of units sold within each zone.
7. The donation pool within each donation zone will be shared equally among all selected qualified organizations.
8. In the event that less than ten (10) qualified organizations are in the donation pool, each selected organization picked will be reentered back into the selection pool until all ten (10) organizations are selected.
9. In the event that there are exactly ten (10) qualified organizations, each organization will share the donation pool equally.
10. Genesis Fundraising will videotape each monthly selection event.
11. No organization is guaranteed a donation within any qualifying calendar month when the one hundred (100) unit threshold is reached.
12. All Genesis donations are made randomly from all qualifying organizations within each designated zone.
13. Donation drawings will be held before the 15th of the month following the qualifying period.
14. Organizations receiving a donation will be notified immediately.
15. Genesis Fundraising reserves the right to amend these procedures as necessary.
